so i got a new battery for my sidekick 08 but it never turns on

what is the problem with it? is it an internal problem?

@DaRKxXxAzTeC did you charge it before using the new battery, new batteries require a good amount of charge before use. if you did this, it may be the actual phone

ok im having a problem with charging my phone 2 my computer wit my usb cord. do you think i have 2 getta new one or should i do this?

i hav a problem with my sidekick 08...........when it truns on.....theres a dead sidekick image with a big red "X" on it??????????? i really dont know how i got this.....and i was wondering if u hav a solution for it???

@jbell15 yeah i let it charge for half an hour and it either turned off, or kept saying the phone will turn on when the battery is charged enough
