Well... Just a quick test for friends to look at really but... why not make it public. There. Not much. Lots of yelling and general Daleky stuff. Voice sounds all right. Surprisingly hard to come up with more then three different Dalek voices when recording this...

All lines used which I stole from the TV series off the top of my head (Don't blame me if they're not completely accurate... Haven't watched the episodes THAT often to get them off the top of my head) belong to the BBC as do the Daleks and Doctor Who and all that Jazz.

Oh, and images are copyright BBC as well, though the last pictures was put together by someone else. Found it on google images, but can no longer find him and as of such can not put up a reference to his image composition skills. If anyone knows, leave a comment and I'll give credit where it's due accordingly.

  • make a video of singing daleks. do it.

  • @InternetLad Consider it done InternetLad! I have infact already in my spare time done a couple of Dalek 'band covers' for songs including The Beatles: "We can work it out." Since someone's specifically asked for it I may upload that... Wish I was better at actually doing stop motion or animation so I could give it a music video....

  • Wow, you sound almost exactly like Nick Briggs!

  • @KarmStarkiller My aim is to slowly mold my face to look more like him, change my build to be identical and then eventually replace him entirely.

That or just continue to develop my voice acting on the side as a bit of fun and continue developing a number of different Dalek voices. I have yet to decide.

  • Well-freaking-done!

  • @DeadAir Thanks very much Mr Sith DeadAir sir.

... Or should that be Darth DeadAir?

  • Welcome, friends!

  • Where do you find a Dalek Ring Modulator?

  • @Endgame167 nice. you can use footage from the show, with the dalek working it out by exterminating everything. That sort of works out.

  • nice!

  • @palehorse864 As Inumba1BieberFanl suggested, morphvox pro with killerringer installed should do the trick. I know of at least one workaround trick which should allow you to get the same effect for free, but it involves using Audio Hijack Pro and Garageband on the Mac... Don't know of a PC alternative I'm afraid. Thought I'd throw that out there though on the off chance that you happen to use one. Since you're looking for something live for games, I'm presuming not though :p
