She played that part wonderfully. It's a pity the show was cancelled after just one season!!

Can somewon tell me what her ancestry is ? I have been watching the show again recently and have a new appreciation for her as an actress. I am going to guess some combination of English/Scottish/Irish and maybe part German but I am not sure.

@mrtelevision Oh yes. At least Boomer and Tigh were Black in the original. I don't remember if there were any Black characters in the new one.

@quarqill Anne Lockhart's husband I believe was killed in an accident. As for her mother, June, if the guy is a man (adult), that shouldn't be a problem.

A charactor that erned respect from men for her ability to act while mixing her charm with her skills in acting
wish there were more actors like that around rather than the superficial people of this time

@TwoGunsKid They got out of Hollywood as soon as it was all about indoctrinating the public instead of making a great story that moves the heart. We used to imagine and now we have to swallow political messages. It's sad. A man is a ruthless bastard in the eyes of Hollywood now unless he is gay. Women are domineering with reasons why they should be lesbians. I love the days when men could be men and women could be women. Romance was compelling and now it is portrayed as ignorance.
