Great video and points about why interrupting in conversation can be so counter-productive and irritating. Going into the psychology behind interrupters themselves, and why they come off as so irritating to others adds to understanding of the issue also.
However, I have to point out the grammar mistake on the graphic at 2:21. It should be "you're", not "your." The reason I bring this up is that this is a useful, informative video, don't let grammar mistakes weaken the message!

How do you teach someone better sentence structure for the other person to respond?
More like heckler is what I was thinking about watching this, people that need to be heard for what ever reason.
