Ever wondered why there are two covenants in the bible, one is old and the other new? Well this clip explains the reason behind both and why Christianity is not any other religion but is a relationship with a loving Father who accepts us despite our failures and the only requirement is only believing in His son's finished work at the cross. He is eager to turn all of your bad into His GOOD so receive the GOOD life He has for you!

  • Many have sent me messages that Jesus says if you love me you'll keep my commandments...it's always been used from a legalistic point of view - In John 15:17 Jesus says, "This is my command: Love each other". He did not say if you love me prove it by doing laws or rules to obey. How can we be certain that these are His commandments? cont'd.....

  • @BigE7 Because John -- who was there when Jesus spoke these words..."And this is His command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as He commanded us." (1 John 3:23) So in essence the law is summed up in loving one another - another nail in the coffin of religion.....GOOD NEWS!!!

  • I am a devoted Christian to Jesus Christ but I just want to know all the answers and be intelligent about it. So since the Old Testament had a fault in it and the New Testament saves everyone who believes in Jesus, does that mean God (which is perfect) made a mistake?

  • @savcmsiscool I'll inbox you the reason!

  • Thanks for a very good video.Thursday 2-6-2011

  • Grace given in response to faith. Faith alone is enough to receive grace. When you truly understand this, you come to understand what a wonderful and beautiful gift our creator has given to us. The message of grace is the glue which keeps me in faith in Jesus Christ, our Lord.

  • I love it makes a lot of sense God bless you :)

  • @BigE7 God cannot make anyone do anything...as the Bible says today is the day of salvation...either they can accept it since grace is freely given or they can reject it - God is a loving God who does not want any of his creation going to an eternal hell - It's because of man's pride that he feels the need to not surrender his life to Christ and choose to live life his own way. God has given man 2 choices...choosing death or life. As Jesus said choose life.

  • @ZeusHelios Unfortunately there is an eternal torment that originally was just for the devil and his angels but because of Adam's fall in the garden the sins of mankind needed to be atoned with Jesus being the sacrifice for all of the sins of the world. But because of God giving man a freewill they can accept Jesus' sacrifice for their sins and live eternally with Him or they can reject it and because of their decision to do so they will suffer eternally in hell cont'd.....

  • @ZeusHelios I'm glad I cleared up a lot of misnomers that you and other Christians have struggled with for years. I was in the same place but so glad I was exposed to the Grace message that for so long has been kept under guard in the church. I would recommend you listen to Joseph Prince who is an awesome teacher of God's grace. It's like I became a Christian all over again and what it really meant to see God as He really is...The way he sees us is through His SON!
