"The life around us is but a reflection of our own,
flowing within never-ending boundless infinity"
This is a song that I've edited together from three individual outtake tracks of Glimpses, a song that originally was released on the Little Games album. I tried to keep it as similar as possible to the Cumular Limit version because the train whistles etc would otherwise have ruined the guitar overdubs.
Date: 1967.05.01
Location: De Lane Lea Studios, Soho, London
The Band:
Chris Dreja - bass guitar
Jim McCarty - drums, backing vocals (?)
Jimmy Page - all other string instruments
Keith Relf - vocals, pre-recorded sounds
What you are hearing:
Track 1 - Sounds & spoken parts: 00:00-00:19 and 4:32-5:16
Track 2 - Patched intro: 00:18-00:23
Track 3 - Main track with several overdubs that are not present on the "official" releases: 00:18-04:32
This is also one of my fave Yardbirds tracks, enjoy it thoroughly!
