There is not an age limit, There might be to ride a atv or dirt bike but not to be there, same with noise limit. There is NONE. anyone can go there at anytime

There is an age limit. At 8 you can take the ohv class and get a permit. Under 8 is not permitted. 8-16 must have a permit, 16-18 can have a permit or drivers licence. LS is actually federal blm ground so maybe the rules differ from utah but i doubt it.
