  • This injection does not hurt at all, the most you will feel is a small pinch on the outter side of your skin. But if they use the cold spray like they did in this video you will not feel any pain. However, you can feel the liquid go into your ankle. In about five minutes you will feel instant relief. If you feel pain 24 hours later let your doctor know because that mean only the numbing agent worked, and the actual inject did not.
