Is this exhaust supposed to silence it or make it sound like a beast?

At low RPM you can really only hear the baseline sound profile of the exhaust. if you have a SUBWOOFER, turn it on and you will hear the vibration and tone of the exhaust. For a full sound you would need to get the RPM above 2800
