1. Achieve a state of relaxation of physical, emotional, mental bodies.
2. Disassociate from the three bodies and environment.
3. Think about a serious topic.
4. Write your thoughts and impressions.
5. Share the energy by sending blessings to others.

The full, one hour lecture discusses the process of scientific meditation and what happens to our brain and our overall health when we practice regular, scientifically based meditation.

  • Yes, what you say is true, there are different types of meditation; it all depends what kind of effect you are looking for.

  • Not bad, but this neglects to account for the fact that there are different types for meditations for different goals. Analytical meditation is what you're referring to. Its goal is to refine our thinking. Beyond the thinking modality, there are other levels - and thus other types of meditations.

  • Some really good points here, that clarified some things I never quite understood. Such as, why reading/meditating on passages from spiritual books like the Bible, helps you become spiritual/higher consciousness. The writings themselves are at a high vibration, so meditating on them, raises your vibrational level. . .I hope I explained that right, LOL. I'm certainly no expert.

  • why do you have to read? Don´t you practice it?
