How To Make Laundry Detergent

You will need:

4 cups water
1 bar Fels-Naptha or other bar soap *not 'body bar', must be soap.
1/2 cup Borax
1 cup Super Washing Soda
5 gallon bucket

I have been able to find most of these ingredients at Walmart, Winco, Ace Hardware, & CVS Pharmacy.

@eLoveCR7 No, you do not need to dilute it. After you fill the bucket with water it is done. Just stir it each time you are going to use it. For a top load machine, you will need to use 1/2 cup solution. Keep in mind that this solution does not make a lot of bubbles, so don't add more thinking it wasn't enough because you don't see bubbles. Hope this helps! :)

@sreelb You use about 1/4 cup per load. It is a low sudsing formula and works wonderfully in front loading machines (that's what I have.)
