  • will this help with a winging scap? I have a client who has a badly winging scap, but I think pec minor and subscap are issues as well... can this help the process along or do those issues have to be significantly cleared up first?

  • @Shadowzz4 Yes, this will help with scapula winging. The actual drill will stretch the pec minor as you lean forward towards the wall.

  • This is MINE. McGill focuses on the lumbar spine. You would think this is Sahramm's work, but again, this is mine.

  • It seems to easy...

  • the bottom part of my scap rubs on my ribs and rotatesinward to my chest when holdin my arm straight out at my side and rotating my palm upward. any suggestions? im desprate.

  • Is this Mcgills work or did you come up with it? To me it seems like a good exercise!

    I LOVE this! Great minds think alike, because the other day I shot some vids of myself doing similar stuff in the quadruped position with the valslides, but I am digging your progression!!!!!! :D
