A subset of a rainy ceremony at Pier 1 at Charlestown Navy Yard as Cdr. Bill A Bullard relinquishes command of USS Constitution to Cdr. Tim Cooper. My battery pack ran out at the end... please forgive me.

  • I only hope that two hundred years from now, as we have massive starships plying between the planets of our solar systems that the USS Constitution is still commissioned and crewed by our sailors in their 1812 uniforms, doing their boarding pike drills, running out the cannons, and trimming sail.

  • Love the old uniforms

  • This rocks!!! I'm thrilled you posted it.
