@chancieacres If it is my favorite epic of all time why would I pick it apart? I wouldn't of changed a thing(except for what I mentioned) and I do not believe it could of been done any better than how it is. It will stand the test of time as a epic. Ive read the books many years ago and seeing the movies fullfilled a childhood dream. Remember the Hobbit cartoon?, good for its time but now I await the Hobbit in movie form done by the same people and I cant wait.

@a6eBezerkur Sorry, but I have known many LOTR followers who swore up and down by the books (which I have no problem with, since I loved the books too), but as soon as they saw the movies they picked them apart (I knew they were going to be highly critical anyway - to each his own) like no other and it is a bit ridiculous because yes things should be as realistic as possible, BUT it IS only a movie and certain things will not be perfect either.

Not sure if this has already been posted, but interesting fact. Both characters in this clip are played by the same actor with voice acting dubbing done over.

@a6eBezerkur I get what you're saying about realistic, but would it have been realistic for Eowyn to have killed the Witch King if she had suffered that much injury? I think that they did a good job in general with a difficult scene, because in reality for Eowyn to kill him that would have been a really difficult scene to do.
