2008 Daytona 675 Modified Stock Exhaust

I bought a stock muffler, cut it apart and took out the baffles. Then tig welded it all back up.

(2/8/2009) I have now updated the ECU to the TOR settings, I will update the video tomorrow. If you like how it sounds now you will love the sound with the new settings, and its 400.00 dollars cheaper.

Hi, how have you modified the exhaust, I would ti do it too

I cut the front of the muffler off and took a 1-1/4 inch door knob drill and drilled out the first baffle. I then TIG welded (with stainless steel rod) the muffler back together, and reinstalled it to the bike. Let me know if there are anymore questions.

do you have any pics of while the can was apart, I took my can to a mate who's pretty good with these kinds of things but we were a bit reluctant as we were unsure if the can had fibreglass matting or was double walled.
