  • This is what low brass should sound like. Perfectly executed and well-played! I also liked the use of multiphonics at the end of the introduction. Bravo!

  • QUE CHINGONERIA ESE OYE A TODA MADRE

  • @flamebreeze1 Not necessarily that you are supposed to its just that you can. Watch any other video where tubas are puffing cheeks and there will be at least one comment about it I guarantee it. Of course no one is going to criticize professionals though, that was the point I tried making.

  • @mjauern It's not weird--I've been playing the tuba in my band not even for a year yet, but there are 2 girl trombonists in my row. My brother and I (he plays euphonium) have been playing this song for fun. He's been playing euphonium for 4 years now, though.

  • @MrGuitar144 Tuba is the only brass instrument that the player is supposed to puff their cheeks. That's why no one has said anything about it.

  • I spot cheek puffing, yet no one has criticized. I wonder why, perhaps it's because they are professionals that know it has no effect on tone.

  • Every time I listen to this I feel like I'm in a fantastical land. What beautiful musicianship in my very humble opinion. I am inspired and I love this group!!!

  • @thewhiteone102 In Europe, it's more common to use the 3rd valve alone instead of the 1st and 2nd combination.

  • Euphonium

    My native instrument <3

  • IS IT WEIRD THAT I LOVE TUBA AND EUPHONIUM? I'm 15, and have played in the band for 8 years, Euphonium for 5! Only girl in my row, though ;)

  • @thewhiteone102 it can be used to play different notes sometimes easier then seen on your fingering chart
