The first part of it is a lyric from Live Life Loud, the second part is just something random they threw on. Possibly a demo song they never recorded or something like that.

my grandmother died just a month ago with a one month battle with stage 4 cancer all over her body.

she was diagnosed september 23, and died with me and my aunts and uncles at her bedside on october 23.

its so hard to go through but the only advice i can give anyone who has lost someone to just be strong and know that they are in a much better place then they were...
