  • pound for pound 2 strokes dominate period. 4 jokes would be slow if it wasnt for their displacement. they need 1000cc's to beat a 2 stroke with 500cc's. 4 strokes are weak WEAK!!!!!!!!!! YOU HEAR ME!!! 2 strokes forever!!!! all these guys you see now in days think they're all bad ass with their 1000s. fuck man i wish yamaha would build a 500cc 2t just to shut all these 4 joke guys up. if the old rd500 can do that to an r1, now imagine something with 2010 technology? 2t>4t forever.

  • remember if it is more than two strokes its just masturbation

  • 2 strokes. got to love them! they do make a shit load of power. can only imagine the powerband the old gp bikes had. got a video somewhere with onboard footage an its ridiculous. but that said. the r1s sure do fly. i done a comparison test between my mille an bro inlaws r1 from 40km/h to until i thought i better back off... no comparison. stupidly quick. but that said. id still rather my v-twin.

  • @Renceau Yeah, my old man's bike had those on his 2 stroke, I get where you're trying to go with that, but since you didn't address any of the points I made I'm gonna have to let this slide, and ignore it.

  • It's not all about peak power, it's also about how fast you get to that peak power.

Power doesn't say everything about the performance of a bike.

A tuned two stroke pisses and shit all over any four stroke because of it's tendency to get to the power much faster than a complicated four stroke.

    i.e.

Rev a four stroke from idle to red zone

Rev a two stroke from idle to red zone

    ...

    Yeah, I knew that.

  • @poopalarge Have you ever heard of powervalves?

  • @LordSamuelJ Best comment by far, lol

  • 2 stroke is awesome, don't get me wrong, but a power band of 2k rpm is only fun on the track, like most people, I drive on regular roads. a 4 stroke does deliver heaps of torque, is very drivable through the city, has fuel consumption my wallet doesn't have to cry about, doesn't leave a mile of smoke behind it and does deliver close to 200 rwhp. why all the fuss?

  • This video only proves one thing..... That four pokes suck.
