correct me if I'm wrong for this video is two years old and you may have improved a bunch, but your grip and technique for the drum sticks is so, well not good, and tight, you're suppose to be lose with your sticks, again 2 year old video, you may have a better technique by now :)

I think u should get a throne (drum set) and spread out the pedals a little bit that should help with your double bass
