The burqa is not a choice of clothing. It is a uniform. A uniform is more than what clothes you wear, it is ideological and political. You know what else is considered a uniform and is also banned?

The security concern is funny, I mean in that case, they should ban hoodies, sunglasses too. If it's cold you shouldn't pull your scarf on your face, because people want to see your face. So, I'm not sure about that. But well, it's not our problem. :)

I heard the religion's leader's wife had burqa, that's why few dozen or few hundred women wearing it. (Not because anyone forcing them to wear it.) Those women are not even Arabs, but French women who are converted to the religion and they "want to be good religious women". Sounds nonsense, but whatever, it's still their choice. I don't know too much about this, but I asked someone who does. :)

@lifesdespair so when they wear 2 inch think makeup thats been modest or is it because they are so ugly and have black hair on their face they need to cover it up ?
