  • HONG KONG is mighty proud of Miss Lee.

  • Colleen makes a beautiful, bright and sensuous sound without evidence of force. It enhances her playing which is so full of pathos that it penetrates the depths of the heart. It is indeed a glorious performance. She has the ability not just to play artistically but to attain great spiritual heights. I love Colleen and her playing.

Keep up the wonderful work Colleen and remain inspired.

  • She plays well and her facial expressions are really the best. I like that she is so in to the playing of the piece. Very nice.

  • I heard her play when she was only 14 or 15 and I knew from that point she would become such a great pianist.

  • from the beginning to 1:55 and then that note right at 1:56. Wonderful. I love her PLAYING.

  • To be able to hear her play, a blessing.

To be able to see her facial expressions.......... i have no idea......

  • sounds just like Ilana Vered

  • Grigor99 is exactly right - which goes to show you how small the differences are between very good playing and great playing. It's these tiny details that enable the music to communicate it's story to an audience. With them the music is compelling and absorbing, without them it's just a lot of pretty sounds robbed of their meaning - like a second rate actor playing Lear.

  • Almost no pianist that I have heard save Kapell and Lipatti manage to truly carry the full opening melody. Most play the decsending arp to the f# and then bring the next chord in at a dynamic that is too far outside the "envelope" of sound from just that one lonely f#. This interrupts the line and the hear can not really hear the f# resolving and then move upwards again. It's very hard to describe . Colleen is a very fine Chopin player but everyone really missed the boat right in the beginning.

  • the female LANG LANG :P:P:P but she plays good though :P:P

  • her final movt was totally something, amazingly powerful

i like the clarity of her play, (cant say she doesnt have funny face, but think its coming from so much concentration and indulgence!! haha)

  • Gorgeous, I really enjoyed this.
