Thank you for some amazing lectures. I really love how you made everything clinically relevant and not went into some of the crazy biochemistry and genetics. Now I just hope it is enough to pass my exams, none the less I am sure this will make me a better doctor in the end.
Looking forward to the systemic pathology next semester.

Don't worry, microarrays will never replace histology since they don't answer the same questions (I use both methods) :)
Thanks a lot, now I am proceeding to chapter 8.

whew...thank you very much ahmed, i really had to bust my butt and get real smart for that chapter, nowadays students are so hyped up by the boards to know tumor genetics, mutation, research etc, they seem to lose the basic feel for cancer appearance, behavior, and classification

Thanks so much for your amazing work! I've been reviewing Ch.1-10 all weekend to get a nice brush up for my exam. It's so easy to get lost in the details while reading Robbins, but you do a great job of organizing the information and presenting it from a clinically relevant perspective.

The problem is, the jackasses who make up the board questions do not know the difference between clinical relevance and useless trivia, so you are at their self-righteous mercy.
