In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

I take that as you still have a right to a trial by jury.

@chop98 I don't know who you are in this scheme but will explain. You may think you have a legal right to stand on and may get away with it in this particular NH town. But when the Feds get involved you may be the first to be in the special camps for those considered enemies of the United States. You will be stripped of your citizenship and never be heard from again.. I laugh when I watch you groups serious attempt at going against the laws. God forbid you don't have a camera with you.
