OC SPRAY

Naval basic SRF training. After getting sprayed in the face, I had to go to several stations to perform strikes and blocks while the pepper spray was burning my eyes and face. All you want to do is rip the skin off your face, but if you don't complete the course you have to get sprayed again later. Best thing do do is just fight through the pain and get it over with. The worst part is at the end when I'm scrubing baby shampoo on my face. I can't tell if the strings of stuff hanging from my face are snot or the shampoo. It definitely cleared my sinuses though. ENJOY.

Just realized this was Navy; I was thinking police. In Oregon, they'll do this if you ask one of the defensive tactics instructors to, but it's not required anymore.

We don't have to do this in Oregon anymore...everyone used to have to get sprayed in the academy.
