@KarlMarkis - I've never used a hair band myself. I can see it's use for lot's of tapping passages, but not for lead playing. If you look at my video from 1:05 onwards /watch?v=bH9tEmv5RNY you'll noticed EVERY note is picked on the long run that ends with a whammy dive. I cover all six strings, and there is no string noise. It's a combo of half palm muting, and 1st finger muting that occurred naturally from practicing so much.

need to be a bit more accurate on your bends as they are a bit sharp or flat. nice overall. you did ask for comments ;)

don't see too many white folk playing carlos santana style music, but you pulled it off pretty well. Vive le Cuervo!!!

@guitarguy10000 Thanks for the feedback Jay, yea I am still working on avoiding sharp and flat notes when I play chords and bend strings. I've been experimenting with using a hair scrunchie on the neck, near the nut to mute strings when I play lead lines on a high gain setting to avoid unwanted noise, and then sliding the scrunchie past the nut to allow me to use open strings for rhythm. Have you tried this before?

@timmyguitarmoore I've seen your videos and you have a nice sense of rhythmic phrasing, it is clear you draw inspiration from jeff beck. Thanks for the feedback!
