There were no pro leagues because the LEARNING CURVE was too steep.

The Koreans liked starcraft because it's so easy to pick up on and easy to copy... like every western invention.

@rocksparadox If it was that strategic,then where are the pro leagues.This is why starcraft have rankings and huge competition because it you have to focus on macro and micro.All strategic games is all about macro because all you do is properly timing of army initiation and mass armies. Do you see what they do in south korea to prepare for this? They pratice hours everyday for this game because you have to outmicro and outmacro other pro players.Supcom 1 is all about macro no micro.
