Guys raising the water temp 6 degrees is PERFECT so long as you are doing it with a strong flow , Take a basic 18ft round pool with 8,000 gallons of water , if your pumping 500 gph , the entire pool gets an additional 3 degree rise with 8 hours of sunlight. Remember the key is not out let temp being really high, the key is max flow to turn pool over with a modest but good temp rise on the out let so 6 degrees is perfect unless your pumping little water like this bag deal is
