@taimooralibukhari there is a internet site i think its called power supply calculator there you can calcutlate your needed wattage by giving in your detail (copmuter specs)

pc was off..there was a power surge and my PSU appears to have blown a capacitor...there was fluid everywhere? but HOW COULD THIS HAPPEND IF THE PC WAS OFF????...CAN SOMEONE HELP???

I am trying to find out how much wattage my computer is using, I went to a calculator site, the thermaltake one I think, but I don't know all the info or what they are talking about. I have an HP a6203w desktop, can anyone help me find out how much wattage my computer uses?

i think that ill use the x3 ultra 1000w cause it has the connectors i need and it gives me more then enough room for upgrades

how do i know which one to pick that has the right ampage, for example i want to get a graphics card that says 12V current rating of 28A or more. how can i see how many amps are in a particular PSU??
