Short Freerunning/Parkour Film - The Flow

Me and Zak went up to London to shoot this piece for a guy in Uni about movement and this is the result :) All editing and filming by Joel Marshal, and in his words, "A Visually centred experimental piece exploring the movements and motions of free runners as they use an urban environment to perform breathtaking acrobatics."
