  • @Chesterbarnes1 This is not the Ireland tune which was composed for these words and is more popular (and more moving in my opinion). That tune name is "Love Unknown" because it is co closely connected with these words.

  • Thank you! I have listen to this hymn song, and watch this organist and choir sing at least 5 times. Each time I hear it my soul is blessed beyond measure. Who is the organist? Thank God for the hymn. It was written by a man name Crossman, and the hymn tune by John Ireland according to my research. What a wonderful melody. The lines flow beautifyl and the theology is correct. Thank you again for posting this hymn. I wish that the whole world could hear this piece played and song.
