Hey guys itd Melodie from BusinessOnLine we have Jake Ring here he just participated in a one on one Usability Lab. Jake is from Pasternack Enterprises and ah Jake tell us a liitle bit about uh what you learned that was useful for your usability of your website.

Well one of the things that stuck out was that he was able to identify some of the images on our site don't have links within to the site so we have images that have content that describe our value proposition but if they were to link into other portions of the site might make a little more of a way to draw people in. So that was one opportunity. Second was just the use of content. Instructions are listed at the top, the dropdown menus that people use for our wizards, if wed blended the instruction with the dropdown menu it might make it a little more easier for people who aren't as intuitive in using the wizard. So it was helpful.
