  • the old positive meaning of the word “bully” is used when congratulating somebody (sincerely or sarcastically) by saying “Bully for you!” A century ago “bully” meant “good,” “great.”

    mwhahah BULLY!

  • Best scene is the other tuxedo night, where Marshall feels left out, then just decides to have his own tuxedo night, and as he walks in, he goes "oh please, dont stand up" and "did I meet you on a yatch" and then sits down in the booth, and says "Did i not invite you to tuxedo night? Hurts dont it."

  • @viktorstojanov It's actually "old bean", one of many ridiculous but quaint endearments people that speak like that use over here :)

  • “I say Marshall, my good man, how’s my bowtie?”

    "Impeccable, Old B! To industry!”

    “Mwaha, Bully!”

  • Which episode is this

  • @EdBotTV Maybe not now, but it sounds logical for a 19th century british fat cat to emphasize their accent just so they sound more classy than a normal british person.

  • I don't get it, isn't this how all friends indulge in discourse? o_0

  • @AlesanaEmarosaFTW Do you by any chance know the song that was playing in the background as he did that? :/
