FINAL BATTLE: Windows XP versus Windows Vista versus Windows 7 versus OSX Snow Leopard. First OSX, second XP, third 7, and fourth obviously, Vista.

MacBook (Snow Leopard): New generation Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghrtz, 2GB ram, 250 HD
HP (Vista Home Premium): Old generation Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0Ghrtz, 4GB ram, 320 HD
Toshiba (XP): Old generation Intel Centrino Duo 1.6Ghrtz, 0.5GB ram, 80 HD
Sony VAIO (7): New generation Intel Atom 1.7Ghrtz, 1GB ram, 250 HD

i dont give a crap about speed obviously mac is better in all ways but comparing xp and vista and windows 7 windows xp out does all the other windows systems because it is the most recent compatible software with unix, it is the least glitched windows system, it has the most ideal display, the program installment is much more efficiant.. and thats why all multi national based companies either use UNIX software of WINDOWS XP.

A true test must be done on the same system. Thats like me competing against a damn turtle. we are not the same. imagine comparing the power of graphics cards on two seperate systems, one with a core i7 and the other a pentium 4 processor. which one will give you the best performance, yet you are a comparing the same gpu.?????
