A movie that was well done and well loved by me, thank you for taking the time to make many happy with this. Hope they make a remake of it, it would be better than alot of movies that have been made today.

I saw this as a 4 year old. Stuff of my dreams. Been looking for it ever since. Thanks 1000x

Glenn Langan played Lt. Col. Glenn Banning in this film, but Dean Parkin played the role in the sequel, "War of the Colossal Beast" (1958)...That's a difficult film to find now, and I consider it the better of the two...

The actor who played the radiated man was excellent. At times his voice sounded a bit like Orson Welles. Great film. Only weak spot are the special effects. Hundreds of these 'atomic danger' films spewed out of the 50s helping to create a paranoid public. I wonder if the pentagon had a hand in any of these films in order to keep the endless cold war funds flowing? Kind of like todays never-ending-phony-war-on-terr
or-police state. -
These movies might look cheesy now, but when your 4 years old ,they scared the bejesus out of any kid. I know they scare me good !

@incrediblehulkmovies Oh, I see. Yes, I must agree with you. I could see this being remade, too.

@incrediblehulkmovies Oh, it had a sequel: "War of the Colossal Beast." Remember this line: "Glenn was 60 feet tall!"
