Well, Sadie is reminded of her past too many times. Things that happen to her at Xaviers always seem to spark up a happy memory of her family. After the memory goes away, the coldness of her heart is shown and is bottled up inside of her.
She can control her power, but loses it at the end. She can't stand what her mother and father did to her. She maybe happy and have a smile on the outside of her, but deep down on the inside, she is broken.
