We had to cut out the bottom of the hull to the shape of the frame of the pump. Sealing it all back up is the issue. We have very minor leakage. I really think taking the pump out and having an aluminum frame built around the pump so you can weld it in. No chance of leaking then.

did yall have to do anything to the bottom of the hull? or did yall just cut out a spot and mounted the pump and motor?
