Gloria Cuttino, born in South Carolina in the Jim Crow era, has been told that her home state has no record of her birth. A mother of four, including a Philadelphia police officer, and grandmother to ten, Gloria will have to spend more than $100 and go through court proceedings to have even a hope of obtaining photo ID so she can vote in November. Gloria is a plaintiff in our lawsuit against voter ID.
