The Giants were the only reason the pats didn't go undefeated. How is that being a fluke? The better team won that day. Not to mention, the Giants won the same number of SBs as the pats, and won more NFL Championships that the pats.

because the Pats also played the Giants in Game 16 of the regular season that year. Not only did the Pats win that game, Brady and Moss also beat the NFL all-time TD pass and TD reception records AND became the first team to have a perfect 16-0 regular season.

brady and moss may have done that, but it wasn't enough to beat the Giants in the SB. What is the point of having a 16-0 season, if you can't even win a Championship? They couldn't finish what they started. Individual achievements, and the regular season is one thing, but the playoffs and the SB, measures what a team is really about. 18 wins and ONE GIANT LOSS! Remember, football is a team game.
