Haha this is real funny and shows lots of close mindedness with people from both scenes. Is it so weird going to a show stomping to the hardcore punk band justice and later on going to a party where the french justice is being played and dance to it ?

So, the french DJ duo Justice first got aired in 2003 with theri remix for Simians "Never be alone". This caught Busy P's attention, so they got signed to Ed Banger Recs.
Waters of Nazereth was released in 2005.
The above pictured band, which name is Justice, from belgium formed in late 2003 and released, or at least recorded their first demo the same year. 2004 they released their first EP entitled "look alive".
No one stole anyones name, it's just coincidence. Things happen.
