Michael Ovitz from CA is known for rewarding teams with "male bonding" weekends, this means, skying spas, hotels, canoeing, creating team unity, friendship and therefore improving performance. Google has the resources and I suggest to follow mr. Ovitz example I also believe that leader must be loved. Let's suppose next time the team reaches a goal, and now you mr. Cutts hair's is trimmed, what else can they cut? :)

The guys at Google are now busy drilling holes in the hull below the waterline. Have you seen their "experiments" with Google's home page since the beginning of October 2009? They're thoroughly annoying users by removing the Search button, removing the top menu and fooling around with fade-ins that take several seconds to complete. They dish up different combos of these weird effects, depending on one's browser and OS. See it for yourself if your browser has a User Agent Switcher feature.
