@leshaleshalesha I don't know if you are french or not but I am and i'm sorry but in france many people don't pronounce words the same like " rose " so you can forgive her .

@stacy99melanie You're right, both means the same thing. "je suis désolé" is more used in everyday language whereas "je regrette" is more formal. In everyday language we only use "je regrette" to say "I regret", not for saying "I'm sorry".

My teacher said Je regrette is also an other way to say im sorry....... im not sure if i spelled it right sorry if i did
