Was the burqa covered person who attended court Carnita Matthews? Did the judge verify that person's identity visually & compare it to her licence? Or did he just accept some voice coming from underneath? It really shows how flawed current ID processes are. Fingerprinting's the way to go. Even people who show their face to police may not be using aother person's licence. Twin brothers/sisters, & similar looking friends all have done it before & got away with it. Many cops don't cross check.
