We built this pro-street custom softail for an area bike shop owner & former race car driver, so power and style were equally important. He was thrilled with the bike, and I must admit, it is one our favorites too! This bike is ridden often, and shown often, even winning a best of show at Easyriders Bike Show in Columbus, Ohio in 2004.

Damn excellent build! It looks like every detail from the tires to the tree was seriously thought over. I've always said the only thing prettier than a fine bike is a fine woman....I might have been wrong lol.

Well, you can buy every part needed to modify or build from scratch, almost any style motorcycle. A "kit" bike is a great way to learn how to assemble a motorcycle, technical books (Chilton, Haynes, H-D) are essential to understand how a bike works. Welding, painting, & machine shop, are skills that take lots of practice & can be learned at vocational schools, shops, on the job etc. Check out magazines, ask mechanics, visit shops & ask questions.
