@MikeL0352. How many female cops do you know? Try going into the state police academy and see those women. They are tough as hell. Some a lot tougher then the males. Being a recruiter for the Pennsylvania state police, I have interviewed many women and seen many of them succeed. Just because they are females doesn't mean they can't do police work. I'm sure half of them would crush you in the academy.
What did you want this officer to do? How was she suppose to know what was going on?

like any other female cop....just window dressing for the rest of the department. I haven't met a female cop yet that could hold her own....they all want the fear from people but can't hold thier own.....good for typing a report thats about it

@an85 If he said something when the guy was still there, he could have pulled out the gun and shot both of them. He waited until the threat was gone before he alerted authorities. He may have saved both of them from harm, and I think a trained officer can catch a robber on foot, even if he has a head start.
