how do you get those views in the begining? and how do you use slew to get those views?

to use slew to get those veiws i took the bell 206 helicopter in virtual cockpit and zoomed in a few notch's useing the + key to zoom in and the - key to zoom out
and then go into slew mode and use your joystick to move around,
