  • ok this only works if the guy your wrestling has hips as light as a feather. this is not practical

  • The basics are the things that are going to win all of your matches, but learning techniques like these really refine your basics because your learning how to chase legs, cut back, hip heist, etc that will really help you finish your doubles/singles/hi c's.

  • holy crap all of these videos are so complex

  • @electronictrip Your coach is right. Doubles, singles, legs, bars, sit outs are more than enough to win 95% of your matches if youre good enough at them. Someone else said it in another one of these videos - you'll learn almost all you'll need to know in thefirst month or two of wrestling. The rest of the time is just getting good at the basics.

  • awesome technique

  • It's all about making them off balance.

  • @pomplemoose strength plays a role, but its all technique bro

  • I love it

  • It's like a elevator sweep with the arms.
