The Democratic Party DOES have a long history of racism. In 2000, when the racist election tampering went down in FL: the Democrats did NOTHING to help the Blacks turned away at the polls.

Strom Thermond was a Democrat, and if you read your history, the REpublican Party was founded as an anti-slavery party, and the Democrats were PRO-slavery, racist/right-wing.

So don't call someone an idiot who speaks the truth. Crack a history book or two before shooting from the hip.

Strom Thurmond was a Democrat until 1948, 61 YEARS ago! All the Southern racists left the party over civil rights, and the GOP courted them into the party during the 70's, look up Nixon's "Southern Strategy". So you crack a book or two, and maybe you'll learn that parties change over time. You want to compare the GOP of the 1850's and 60's to the one now!? Give me a break.

You need to learn how to fucking read as you obviously did not read what I wrote. I SAID above how the parties changed with the times, noting hwat their original incarnations were.
