The Innovators - proof of concept

Ingenjörsamfundet (Swedish Socitey of Engineers) claims that Sweden currently has four million potential innovators. This equals the number of gainfully employed people across the country. New innovations are usually produced at work to bring Sweden new export successes. Ingenjörsamfundet wants to stimulate a more creative work climate and encourage everyone to develop innovative ideas. In 2009, Ingenjörsamfundet will focus on raising the innovative capacity of all employees.
In the television series Innovatörerna (the Innovators) we follows six sites across Sweden who is facing different types of challenges. The employees are invited to a journey of our innovation experts Kaj Mickos and Hans Bjorkman. The task is to save the business in just a few days through involving the employees in an innovation process. Swedish version (english subtitle).
