I'm a girl and I really want to reenact but I want to reenact the soldiers or gladiators more then the women. Do you think that's possible?

This is actully a little imprecise, earlier mounted fighters in different cultures used to charge with lances in the fray even without the stirrup (like the macedonian cavalry , or the parthian catphracts from which the roman clibanarii were derived).
For sure the stirrup made the process easier and most of all requiring less training, plus it allowed for easier mounting for heavy armored riders.

there was some special on these people...they work with items (shields, sowrds, etc.) that can actauly jack you up!

Note no stirrups for the horseman, which is historically accurate. Iron stirrups were not really adopted until 500 A.D. or so. The adoption happened in the Byzantine Empire where iron stirrups were finally adopted from Eastern cultures. Before stirrups, equites were in a danger or falling off the horse every time they charged. Ranged attacks with javelins were used instead. After the stirrups it became possible to charge like hell into the enemy with the riders sitting confidently and securely.
