The tune maybe similar or copied but the shairi is allama iqbals verses he's singing. How can it be translation :) i think its fabulous.

@UzairAhmed82 actually the song was used in Shrek but the actual song Hallelujah was composed by a jewish singer, Junaid Jamshed just made it better since the english version even though is good but a bit controversial when it comes to the context of the story of Dawud (pbuh)

Tune of this hamd is the direct copy of the song Hallelujah from Shrek Animated Movie. I don't think that we need to copy songs to create hamd or naat.
